1. Who we are
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") apply to every order placed on https://orivellehq.com (the "Website"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details you give us are accurate, and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please keep a copy for your records.
2. Ordering and acceptance
An order is placed when you click the order button at the end of the checkout. We then send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you entered. The confirmation acknowledges your order; our acceptance takes place when we dispatch the products.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example when a product is unavailable, when the price or description contained an obvious error, when a payment cannot be authorised, or when our fraud checks are not passed. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Please check your delivery address and e-mail address carefully. If you notice a mistake after ordering, e-mail us as soon as possible; we can correct or cancel an order only while it has not yet been dispatched.
3. Products, prices and payment
The Website sells the Orivelle Nail Care Pen in bundles of one, three or six pens. Every bundle is a single payment: there is no subscription, nothing renews and nothing is billed again unless you place a new order. After the checkout we may show one or more optional add-on products; each add-on states its price and is charged only if you accept it, and declining it does not change the order you have already placed.
Prices on the product page are shown in US dollars: 1 pen $19.99; 3 pens $41.97 (shipping included); 6 pens $59.94 (shipping included). Standard US shipping is $4.95 for a single pen and included with the larger bundles. Checkouts for the United Kingdom, Germany, the rest of the European Union and Canada show the price and shipping charge in the local currency before you pay. The amount charged is always the total shown on the final checkout screen.
Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. Sales taxes are included or shown at checkout where they apply. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility unless the checkout states otherwise.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay; PayPal and Klarna are offered on selected checkouts. Payment is taken when you place the order. Your card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on the Website. The merchant name shown on your card statement may differ from the name of this Website.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within two business days after acceptance and are sent with tracking. Delivery estimates by country, shipping charges and what to do if a parcel is late, lost or damaged are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. You can follow your parcel on the Order tracking page.
5. Returns and refunds
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Products that arrive damaged or defective are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. The procedure, conditions and refund timing are set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Always e-mail us before sending anything back.
6. Product use and disclaimers
The Orivelle Nail Care Pen is a cosmetic nail care product for external use only. It is not a drug or a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Read the directions and the full ingredient list printed on the pack before use. Do not use on broken skin; stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you have an existing skin or nail condition, are pregnant or nursing, ask your healthcare provider before use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@orivellehq.com — we aim to resolve every complaint informally within a few days. If we cannot agree, either of us may bring a claim in the courts of Hong Kong SAR or, where the law allows it, in the courts of your place of residence. Where you qualify, you may also use a small-claims court or tribunal in your place of residence (in Hong Kong, the Small Claims Tribunal).
